Lethbridge - Calgary Flight

Hello! - hope you all don't mind posting this here as this is a larger sub. Newer to business travel and looking to maximize time and less mental exhaustion! Just found out there is a daily flight out of Lethbridge to Calgary. I have a car rental from Medicine Hat - Lethbridge - Calgary, and debating asking my boss to fly the Lethbridge - Calgary route. Historically, is it an ok flight? (I don't care so much if delayed but cancelled will add additional costs that I'm trying to save).
