EN06 or West Tek with Nuka Grenades?

Recently returned after a long break, and I want to get this new pistol on the Scoreboard. I think I’m at level 31 in Score. I have farmed xp with EN06 and West Tek (using nuka grenades) before. Which is better now? I think I saw you have to use two nuka grenades now, which I can do, but I’m just verifying if it’s working. My character is level 1059 and I have builds, equipment, and buffs already.
