Question: determining sect for edge cases
Edge cases for Day or Night Chart?
Hi! I’m still relatively new to chart reading and had a technical question about day vs night charts for edge cases.
If the Sun is either exactly conjunct or very close to the Ascendant but still technically below the horizon (1-5° below the ASC), is the chart still considered a night chart? Or is it considered day since the suns rays were already bursting over the horizon?
And vice versa, if the sun had just dipped a degree or two below the horizon but the light was still in the sky? For whatever reason that seems more obviously night than the previous scenario.
Thank you in advance!
