Eye infection - Need advice

I have a 1 year old female mouse that has a red watery eye, it is still open and she is still very active. I simply don’t have the $100+ to bring her to be seen right now, I called for quotes and it is $115 for just the exam. is there anything OTC that I can get online that will help her. It’s been about a week and it isn’t getting any worse or any better. I switched to a different bedding that is a lot more dust free and did 100% cage clean out. I do 50/50 aspen/paper bedding. Just want to help my girl but money is very tight. I don’t even have $100 right now.
