Two lines of descent, mom & kids, send applications together?

Ok here is my situation:

My kids are Gen 4 through their great-great-grandfather on their dad’s side. My documentation for them is quite solid.

I am Gen 5 through my mom’s side. My documentation is iffy due to not finding a baptism record for my ancestor.

Given these are 2 completely different lines of descent, should I send our applications together? Or will my less-solid application potentially delay processing of my kids’? Should I send mine in totally separate?
