ELI5: how do weight loss drugs like Ozempic work?

Do you essentially just barely eat anything? That’s why you lose weight so drastically? I know it stops food noise, so you only eat when you’re hungry but what’s a day in the life of someone who takes ozempic like? Do you skip meals etc!?
