Honest question for people currently job searching: what's the most frustrating part?
I'm building tools to help job seekers, and I want to hear from people actually going through it right now.
What's the single most frustrating thing about the process?
Some things I hear a lot:
- Applying to 100+ jobs and hearing nothing
- "Entry level" positions requiring 3-5 years experience
- Being ghosted after final round interviews
- Having to write a custom cover letter for each application
- The entire salary negotiation dance
But I'd rather hear from you directly than assume.
What's YOUR biggest frustration right now? And if you could wave a magic wand and fix one thing about job searching, what would it be?
