Removing passenger

Hi all

I have a trip to Italy in April (Rome to be exact)

This was booked for me and my now ex partner.

What’s best way to remove them ?

Can I get any refund?

Or am I better trying to sell the ticket and paying for a name change ?

Or better just sucking it up and travelling alone but leaving the booking be ?

Please can someone advise me
