Do the Switch ports look better on CRT or LCD?

I've always enjoyed retro gaming on the switch and lately I've been thinking about playing rhe final fantasy games on a crt with an adapter. The pixel remasters are out of question because they have completely different graphics from the original titles. However FF8, FFX-X2 and FFXII have been touched up and reworked substantially. Do they still look better on CRT? Do they look better on LCD than the originals did on CRT? What do you think?
