Multiple Offers

As of November 2023, I do have TS/SCI. I received an offer from the Navy in November 2024 and CE hit in December 2024 with financial charge off accounts. I responded to this CE with mitigation docs right away. Navy withdrew offer in July 2025 and DISS is showing LOJ as of September 2025.

I have an offer with Agency A which does not require security clearance and has already T1 pending. I also have another offer with Agency B which requires TS/SCI.

Do you think all Agency B needs to do is to submit CSR to remove LOJ and recertify TS/SCI? Do they have to submit SF-86 for T5?
