Stray cat keeps meowing all day

so there's this cat in our society who's been yowling and meowing the whole day for 2 days now. we got worried so we went to check up on it for quite a few times. He looks well fed (a girl feeds it daily and I've seen it take its meal) , whenever we try to approach bro just nonchalantly walks away and doesn't look injured from the outside.
