Anyone know what to do?

I'm sure these kinds of loss streaks happen to everyone but its just so demotivating. how do you guys get through it? just play more games and it will average out or what? i play on two accounts and for the past week its just been like these kinds of games. never felt more ready to quitting this doggone game. just looking for some advice really.
