Local store closed almost a month ago, new store still doesn't have pre-orders.

Just needed to air out some steam or maybe get some advice! My local store shut down on Jan 15 and i've been checking periodically on the new store and they haven't gotten the pre orders transferred yet.

Store employee is super chill and admitted he's more upset than anyone else about the situation since they keep being told they'll be transferred "soon", customer support said they can't help as they have no way in their system to view anything.

I have Mario Tennis coming out tomorrow and RE9 in two weeks and the employee admitted we're just boned until the system gives in. Any advice or similar experiences would be appreciated but i know that all i can do is pray to the merciful gamestop gods.
