In search of duct cleaners and home cleaners

Hey I have a 1100 sw ft condo in Seminole and am looking for reputable duct cleaners and a home cleaner. For the home cleaner I would only use them 1/2 times a year I keep up on my place but hate deep cleaning. The condo is from 2000 and I have no idea if the ducts have been cleaned and want to do so coming up on my third year here. Thanks for the advice !
