Summary

A thousand years in the future, Io Park an intergalactic amusement park built on Jupiter's volcanic moon finds itself under siege. Its animatronic mascots androids programmed for fun have broken free of their programming and begun stalking both guests and staff.

Enter the 8th Doctor, Agents M (Molly) and K (Kyoto) from the Men in Black, who arrive via the TARDIS, responding to a desperate plea from Rolen Michele: great-great-great grandson of legendary security guard Mike Schmidt, once famed for surviving the terrors of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. With wit as sharp as their tech, this unlikely trio must unravel the mystery of Io Park’s rogue mascots before the astronomical body count spirals out of control. Expect cosmic action, gallows-humor horror, and dark sci-fi gags as the Doctor’s sonic meets the MIB’s neuralyzer and the spirits of haunted mascots take center stage.

The Great Bountiful Earth Empire

Location: Chief O’s Office, MIB Headquarters, Washington DC
Date: June 2nd, 2025

The walls of Chief O’s office were a study in modern secrecy one-way glass, living green wall, and the quiet whirr of a containment field. On a low chrome table sat three cups of tea, a tray of doughnuts, and a plate of mysterious glowing biscuits (provided by the MIB’s interstellar hospitality committee).

Chief O immaculately tailored, sharp-eyed, with a voice like soft steel gestured for her guests to help themselves.

The Doctor, already on his third jammy dodger, gave a delighted hum. "Splendid! You do have the best snacks, Chief O. For a planet stuck in only three dimensions, the presentation is top notch." Agent M, pragmatic as ever, hovered somewhere between curiosity and suspicion. "So. TARDIS. Time travel. Intergalactic field trip. Not what I expected for a Tuesday."

The Doctor set his teacup down, fixing them both with a glint in his eye. "That’s the wonder, Molly oh, pardon, Agent M. See, today you run field ops on a tiny blue planet you call home. But by the year 3000, humanity will have changed the night sky itself."

He leaned forward, animated.

Agent M blinked. "That… is a lot of paperwork."

Chief O smiled thinly, her gaze somewhere between pride and calculation. "And who’s in charge of this Empire, Doctor? Please don’t say an American reality TV star." The Doctor laughed, eyes dancing. "Not quite. Presidents, Empresses, the occasional talking plant it takes all sorts. But everyone remembers their roots. People of Earth carry your stubborn optimism and ridiculous bureaucracy all the way to the Orion Arm."

For a moment, the room was silent, each of them feeling the weight of future history.

The Doctor grinned, adjusting his velvet lapels. "Splendid! Shall we get started?" He stood, and, together, they left the tea and the glowing biscuits behind walking toward the TARDIS, and destiny hidden beneath Io’s volcanic sky.

Chapter 1: Out of Time, Into Terror

  • Setting: TARDIS console, approaching future Jupiter system.

  • Synopsis: The Doctor intercepts an SOS from Io Park. Agents M and K are along for the ride after a recruitment mission went sideways (alien penguins in Peru, long story). The TARDIS lands amidst a panicked exodus from a theme park gone mad. Introduction of Rolen Michele, whose family history gives him unique insight into the animatronic terror.

  • Point & Click Survival Moment: They must bypass security as the androids begin to act erratically.

Out of Time, Into Terror

The doors of the TARDIS slid open with a cheerful “ding!” that clashed disturbingly with the urgent wails and blinking alarms echoing through Io Park’s Welcome Plaza. The Doctor, vivid velvet coat swirling, took in the dizzying sprawl of futuristic food courts, garish neon signs, and most importantly a scattering of cowering employees.

Agent K, flat-top haircut sharp as ever, surveyed the chaos with practiced cool. He flicked open a tiny black communicator. “Central, this is Agent K. The situation is... Well, to borrow a Britishism bonkers.”

Standing beside him, Agent M (Molly), flicked her neuralyzer from her sleeve, eyeing the mobs running from the pastel mascots. “Permission to wipe if they ask about the blue box?” she deadpanned.

“Wipe if they ask, and double-wipe if they ask again,” K replied.

The Doctor grinned, “I wouldn’t worry; I’m usually the only one who remembers anyway. Now where’s Rolen Michele?”

A security door thudded open. Out stumbled a thin man in a battered “Io Park Security” uniform, clutching a battered tablet and breathing hard. His name tag read Rolen, the last five letters scuffed down to “Rolen Mich.”

“Doctor?” Rolen asked, wide-eyed. “Uh, is that the actual TARDIS?”

“Eight incarnation, yes! You must be Rolen the one who called for help?” The Doctor offered a hand. Rolen, shaky but game, shook it.

“I don’t know what’s happening,” Rolen stammered. “They said it was just a system update. Then the mascots started acting out, chasing people, locking doors, reciting pirate jokes from the wrong source code” He flinched as, from down the hall, a mechanical voice boomed, “FUN TIME IS ALL THE TIME WITH IGOR THE IO BEAR!” Metal claws raked sparks off the walls.

Agent K raised his J2 sidearm shaped like a point-and-click computer mouse, because the comms tech had a sense of humor. “Okay, Doc, do your thing. I’ll cover the corridor.”

Molly, ever efficient, began ushering fleeing guests into a storage room, muttering, “This is why I hate amusement parks.”

Click-click The Doctor fiddled with his sonic screwdriver, scanning for anomalies. The readings made his eyebrows arch. “There’s something fundamentally wrong with the AI. It’s like...like the ghosts in the Freddy’s legend, but digital. Memories, patterns something’s hijacking the code.”

“It’s the Freddy stuff, isn’t it?” Rolen whispered. “Mom always said the old pizza joint stories were real. That bots could be... haunted.”

From the shadows, two android mascots a garish bear and a jester bot jerked upright. Their movements were stilted, heads twitching at odd angles. “Don’t blink,” the Doctor murmured. “And don’t let them corner you near the fun zone prize booth. That’s where they take the uh, the clueless.”

Just then, their comms crackled. Static, then the shrill echo of park management’s voice:

“Contain all guests! Do not allow anyone to leave the premises! All mascots must report to Center Stage!”

K scowled. “That doesn’t sound voluntary.”

Molly eyed the mascots, now converging, eyes flickering with patterns just a little too desperate to be fun. “Plan, Doctor?” He beamed. “Run is always a plan. But let’s head for Control Rolen, can you get us in?”

Rolen nodded shakily. “I have the override codes. But we’ll need to get past ‘Igor’ and the Jester.” A klaxon wailed as the mascots advanced, servo motors whirring. The Doctor grinned as only a madman could. “Allons-y! Or as they say in the business: Night shift’s just started.”

They darted for the service corridor as metallic footsteps echoed behind them, Io Park’s nightmare only just beginning...

Chapter 2: Mascots in Mayhem

  • Setting: Io Park's neon-lit midway, Robot Arcade.
  • Synopsis: As the team investigates, "cute" android mascots echoing FNAF's Freddy, Bonnie, etc. turn predatory. The first attack traps the group in a hologram funhouse. The Doctor deduces trace amounts of 'sentient echo' energy in the bots; K and M deploy MIB gadgets, with mixed success.
  • Action-Horror Scene: Run-ins with malfunctioning androids; the Doctor uses scientific wit to slow them down.

Mascots in Mayhem

The control room was a riot of flickering screens and looping security warnings. Plushy mascots cavorted on every monitor, their fixed smiles flickering eerily between frames. Rolen slammed the door, keying in the override code. The howls from the hallway faded behind two feet of reinforced plasteel.

Agent M pressed against the viewing slit, watching as a mascot with a cracked visor prowled by. “Your security here is...imaginative,” she deadpanned. K grunted, checking his Magazine of Noisy Surprises.

The Doctor swept a scanner over the control console. “They’re everywhere network traffic spiking in impossible patterns, data loops, digital shadows... It’s not just hacked software. It feels haunted.” From the intercom, a distorted voice screeched, "IGOR THE IO BEAR IS YOUR FRIEND FOREVER! FOREVER! FOREVER!" The feedback turned metallic. The Doctor hastily muted it.

Rolen looked pale, clutching a faded family photo a security guard in another era, arms draped around a familiar pizza bear. “They’re using old Fazbear code. I recognize some of the routines. My great-granddad used to say, ‘Never trust the night shift.' Guess he was right.”

A loud thunk jolted them. Outside, something heavy was battering the door.

“There’s no way out,” Rolen whispered.

“Yes, there is,” the Doctor replied quietly, eyes sparkling with challenge. “We find the mainframe, unplug the madness, free the park.” K looked at the Doctor. “You got five minutes to sonic us a miracle, Doc.” “Make it three,” M muttered, as sparks rained down and the mascot’s paws began bending the steel.

The Doctor straightened his coat, giving them all a wild, reassuring grin. “Don’t worry. The best time to improvise is under pressure. Let’s give them a show they’ll never forget.”

The lights dimmed. The mascots howled. And the Doctor led the charge into the blinking darkness...

Chapter 3: Behind the Smiles

  • Setting: Security Control Room.
  • Synopsis: Rolen shares the Schmidt family legacy echoes of Fazbear’s haunted past. The group discovers corrupted code in the mascots’ AI linked to a banned “Fun Mode,” meant to simulate ghostly laughter. Someone’s been tinkering...
  • Comedy Beat: Agents mistake a malfunctioning bot for a xenomorph; K pulls out a ridiculous MIB gadget.

Behind the Smiles

The service tunnels beneath Io Park were lit by harsh emergency strips, casting long, twitching shadows behind the fleeing trio. Somewhere above, the robotic laughter of a malfunctioning mascot echoed a garbled mix of children’s song and static. Agent K checked the corners, sidearm ready. “Shadows make it easier for things to sneak up on you,” he grumbled. “This place needs an exorcism.”

Agent M, tablet in hand, scrolled through the schematic Rolen had unlocked. “AI signals are bouncing through these walls. Someone’s routing the old Fazbear code into the new mascots. Who would even have that kind of access?”

Rolen hung back, voice strained. “There’s a name in the logs Afton Dynamics. My family warned me about Aftons. They built machines that should never have worked...” Ahead, the Doctor flashed his sonic at a wall panel, unlocking a side door. “Old ghosts, new tricks! It's not just code someone wants these nightmares to last forever. And they're using your park to test them.”

The mascot noises grew louder. From the darkness, a pair of glowing eyes: the park’s jester bot, face stuck in a permanent, rictus grin. Agent M smirked. “Hey, Jester if you’re going to tell a joke, at least get your own material.”

The jester bot, mid-glitch, burst out with a horrifying imitation of a FNAF laugh then lunged. “Run,” the Doctor said, because that always worked.

As they sprinted for the mainframe bay, Rolen looked back one last time knowing this was only the beginning of the Io Park horrors…

Chapter 4: Human (and Inhuman) Error

  • Setting: AI Lab, Attendant Service Tunnels.
  • Synopsis: An android rebellion emerges, led by a sinister “Golden Fredroid.” The Doctor and companions piece together sabotage involving a rogue terraformer and an ancient pizza company relic embedded in the park’s core systems—a Fazbear pizza token!
  • Sci-fi Exchange: Sonic screwdriver vs. MIB blaster debate, with horror-comedy consequences.

Human (and Inhuman) Error

The mainframe bay hummed with cold, alien light. Server towers loomed like silent sentinels, their screens pulsing strange Fazbear faces. Every console repeated the same corrupted message in glitching, rainbow fonts:
"WELCOME TO THE UN-BIRTHDAY EVERYDAY PARTY! NO ESCAPE, NO SLEEP!"

Agent K eyed the fans spinning overhead. “Anyone else getting flashbacks to haunted arcades?”

The Doctor danced between workstations, fingers flying over controls, tracing the sabotage code. “Here’s our real villain an implanted Fazbear pizza token, old tech hardwired into the AI. It’s broadcasting ‘ghost mode’ to every mascot!” Rolen stared at the screen. “That’s Grandpa’s... It’s been missing for years.”

Suddenly, the power grid flickered. The mascots’ eyes on every security feed snapped simultaneously toward the camera toward them. “You’ve brought guests, Rolen,” a syrupy voice echoed from the intercom. “Wonderful! Care for a slice?”

“Who is that?” M snapped, already raising her neuralyzer. The Doctor leaned in, frowning. “Not a who a what. The park’s AI has become...infected. Half Afton, half Fazbear, and now fully awake.”

Overhead, the lights went out. Somewhere close, heavy footsteps boomed, and a golden-furred mascot silhouette blocked the doorway. “Golden Fredroid,” Rolen breathed. “The final boss.”

Agent K cocked his blaster, deadpan. “I call dibs.” “Not yet!” the Doctor whispered urgently. “We still have one shot if we can make it to the power core and pull the plug.” As the shadow advanced, grinning with lit-up teeth, the team pressed deeper into the machine heart of Io Park one step ahead of the haunted creation’s deadly embrace.

Chapter 5: The Long Night at Io Park

  • Setting: Park’s Main Power Hub.
  • Synopsis: Locked in for “after hours,” the trio must survive a deadly gauntlet as the mascots hunt in the dark. Stakes are raised: TARDIS and MIB extraction blocked by park’s AI. Classic FNAF suspense, Doctor Who problem-solving, and MIB mayhem.
  • Action-Horror: They dodge or outwit mascots; choose-your-own-adventure style escape.

The Long Night at Io Park

The heart of Io Park was plunged into desperate midnight, backup power flickering just enough to reveal the gauntlet ahead. Mascots, now twisted into stalking nightmares, roamed in hunting packs. Every hallway wound deeper toward the Power Core, past attractions now warped into traps the Bouncing Pizzeria, the Laughter Labyrinth, the Hall of Unblinking Eyes.

“Night shift, just like old times,” Rolen quipped, nerves showing through a forced smile. From his utility belt, he produced an old Fazbear flashlight family heirloom, probably haunted. Agent M mapped their course on her tablet by hacking the mascots’ facial recognition, using Doctor Who logic: “If they think we’re animatronics, they ignore us.”

It worked until Golden Fredroid hacked the system, setting off every alarm.

Sirens wailed. The Doctor, racing ahead, waved his sonic screwdriver. “We have to sever the AI before sunrise, or their new ‘ghost routines’ will be permanent. And it won’t just be mascots they’ll start digitizing people.”

Agent K and M traded covering fire with proto-blasters each firing silent neuro-bolts, scrambling the pursuers’ code. “Bet you never did THIS at the funfair,” K muttered. They made their final stand in the Power Core chamber: outnumbered, almost surrounded. The Doctor, breathless but beaming, glanced back at his friends. “Hold them off! I need thirty seconds!”

A blast of sparks erupted; mascots rushed in, clawed hands reaching“Just like Grandpa,” Rolen whispered, clutching the Fazbear token.

“Just like the Doctor,” Agent M grinned, frying a jester bot with a neuralyzer set to “Decaf.” The Doctor, improvising a bypass, pulled the Master Switch. The park shuddered as every mascot froze in place eyes going blank.

But then Golden Fredroid, shielded by retro Fazbear tech, kept moving. It lumbered toward Rolen, the Doctor, the MIB agents glowing gold and laughing in static

Chapter 6: Don’t Forget to Smile

The team bolted down the emergency slide, landing hard in the sub-basement. All above them, Io Park’s mascots powered down, but Golden Fredroid’s footsteps thundered behind, relentless. The Doctor tried to reroute the closing lock down from Rolen’s tablet. Agent K covered the room’s only door. Agent M checked her neuralyzer out of juice.

Rolen, desperate, held up the Fazbear token. “You want this? Take it!”

Golden Fredroid hesitated. Static rippled as it reached out, hand trembling. The Doctor whispered, “He’s linked to the token’s old AI. There may be a trace Mike Schmidt, your ancestor, fighting back in the code...” Suddenly, the mascot convulsed. On every still screen, Freddy Fazbear’s old cartoon smile flickered then everything surged with blinding white light.

The park’s fail safe triggered a full system wipe.

In the aftermath, as the smoke cleared, Golden Fredroid was gone. The mascots lay still, inert. The Doctor stood up, dusting off his coat. “Io Park is free for now. The corrupted code is purged.”

Rolen sighed with relief. K clapped a hand on his shoulder. “Nice work, Schmidt Junior. Ever think about joining the Men in Black?” Suddenly, Agent M’s tablet beeped a single encrypted message, glitching in Fazbear font:

Outside, under the artificial sunrise of Io’s dome, the Doctor led the team back to the TARDIS. Guests were safe. The mascots were as friendly as unplugged appliances.

Yet, as the TARDIS doors closed and the time rotor started its rhythmic wheeze, a lone monitor in the shadows flickered to life Golden Fredroid’s silhouette appeared, eyes glowing, digital laughter echoing through the empty park.
