Anyone else feel this 2v8 is WAY too survivor sided

I’m a 50/50 player and never found myself taking sides in the survivors vs killers debates but for this edition of 2v8 I feel like it’s SIGNIFICANTLY survivor sided.

When I play as survivor, even if the team isn’t doing the best and my teammates aren’t giving up, we usually get down to at least 1 or 2 gens remaining before people start dying. Then as killer, the other killer and I can do extremely but still lose so many gens, on top of that, survivors removing there hook states removes SO much pressure.

In the past, it wouldn’t be too hard to get at least a 4K each match as killer but now I’m struggling to get 4 kills even when I play pretty good.

If survivors can remove hook states, I feel like the reward for the tonics should definitely be increased or given a stronger effect on killer. Maybe a mini pain res or another type of gen regression so then the killers can regain some amount of pressure.

I understand this is a casual game mode but it’s kind of annoying as someone who really enjoys 2v8 killer.
