Geek Bars (and other dispos) - unbanned?

Over the summer last year, it was so hard to find geek bars. Wasnt just in my city, this seemed to be in a lot of places across the country.

Everyone online and at vape shops were saying it was because of the tariffs, a ban on all dispos, getting stopped at customs, some law jfk Jr put out.

But over the last couple months, all dispos, including my go to strawberry watermelon geek bar, have seem fully stocked.

So what happened? Is the ban no longer happening or just a long hold up in customs because of the tariffs being implemented at that time?
