What is the point of even getting a machine

Replaced Extruder Interface Board, Thermistor, Hotend, reseated cables multiple times, and it still says "0c" and Thermistor error, I kinda want to throw my X1C right now as I have been trying to get a hold of support since January 9th !!!

Is this an MC issue? I dont have time to wait on their bs reply times.
