PLEASE HELP! I had a near death experience (NDE) but my powers didn't awaken. What do I do now?!?

Like the title says, what do I do?

Before anyone asks, I can neither confirm nor deny whether this NDE happened by accident or on purpose. Because that would be insane to do that on purpose for the sake of awakening my powers.

So far I have tried:

• becoming bffs with 4 boys in my childhood
• puberty
• turning 16
• turning 18
• having sex (for legal purposes let's say this happened after 18)
• turning 21
• letting a stranger bite me and drink my blood
• turning 24
• letting a stranger with a lot of body hair bite me
• turning 30
• chanting in another language under the light of a full moon
• turning 38
• NDE

I'm in my mature women's fiction era and I am pretty sure 41-42 is the last window to awaken powers. PLEASE HELP!
