Is there any AI automation to write and link everything?

So I'm a med student and I use AI to make revision sheets and question me, and it works a lot. But I love obsidian and I'd love to use it as a database for an AI, preferably local, that could use obsidian as their only source of knowledge. I'd drop my classes in the AI, let it write it in the right section, create files when needed, create links between classes etc..
And I could talk with the AI about my classes.
Am I delusional or is it possible?
