do i need to watch all the series?

i recently started watching sailor moon in the alternative route (pretty guardian, eternal and cosmos)

but im not sure if that civers the whole sailor moon arc from the 90s shows. i know the pretty guardian series covers the whole manga but does it also sailor moon r, s and super s??

also can i just watch the r, s, super s movies and skip the series?
