Suggestions for voice to text software?

Does anyone have suggestions for a good voice to text software that can understand users with difficulty speaking? My stepdad has parkinsons and it's becoming difficult for him to type because of vision problems the problem being that his ability to speak is also affected by the parkinsons. He doesn't have too many issues with Siri but obviously one that is more capable is best.
