A buyer cancceld an order and I had to issue a refund before I got paid what now?

so a buyer bought a comic for around £10 yesterday but today requested to cancel the order and I approved that but I had to refund the £10 again I did so but i realised I never actually got paid that orginal £10 so now im down that money surely im missing something here?
