Dream Psychedelics esketamine advice?

I administered 30 mg around 2:10PM and an additional 60mg at 2:40PM ish MST via nasal spray for myself. It’s very nice. This is my first nasal spray rather than .5 I’ve bought in the past. I’ve done let maybe a half dozen times before. I have a friend coming over this evening to hang and they would like to try, but want me to do it with them. What dosages would you recommend overall for a good trip, and what dosage should I take if it is safe to take twice in a day. I love getting high but just genuinely wanna know any harm reduction tips and dosage guidelines you have. The product is made to administer 30mg at a time with 2G total dosage in the bottle. Just coming down now want a good trip that’s psychedelic but not K-Holey, and not just melt into the couch and walk funny yenno? Thank you all, i appreciate the advice.
