Balancing loads with new air conditioner

My 3 phase A/C 18kw died and they can replace it with 16kw single phase but am cautious about it and any affect on the other stuff. I have a pool spa 3x 1.1kw single phase motors. Do I have anything to worry about or should I wait a few weeks to get the 3 phase?
