What does it mean when a medium tells you that he sees your sisters circled but you are not circled?

i have two older sisters and the medium mentioned that he sees my mom having three daughters but only two are circled. what does this imply? he said he was a little concerned that I may not be protected. i did read online that it doesn’t necessarily mean a bad thing. it could mean that energetically, spiritually, or emotionally, you do not align with or belong to the core group of your biological family unit.

a little background, I’m a new mom and have toxic family members. i always feel better when I’m not around them and thought about kinda backing away from them for a while now. i always felt different from them. being a new mom has definitely made me different and want different things in my family. I’m feeling this shift stronger now than ever but I remember seeing a medium a few years back and him saying this and it always stuck with me. what is your take on what it could mean?
