Are LED masks safe for daily use?
LED skincare devices have gotten super popular lately, promising everything from acne control to anti-aging benefits. I’ve read about different light wavelengths and how they supposedly stimulate collagen or kill bacteria, but there’s also a lot of mixed info online about whether using them every day is actually safe for your skin and eyes.
I recently got interested in trying an at-home LED mask because my skin has been breaking out more than usual, and I’m hoping to improve texture and tone without harsh chemicals. The problem is I’m not sure if daily use is okay, or if there are risks like irritation, overexposure, or long-term damage.
For those of you who use LED masks regularly, how often do you actually use them, and have you noticed any negative effects over time? I’d love advice on safe routines and what to watch out for before I invest in one.
