If I have the disk for a game but the game only plays on my xbox through cloud gaming, can I play it?

Basically long story short, I want to play Jurassic World Evolution 3 but I only have a Xbox One. I know I can only play that game with this console though Cloud but does that mean I have to buy it digitally or can I buy the disk form and still play it?

I just don’t want to pay the whole $60 to get the game and there’s sales for the disk form in certain stores around me but I don’t want to buy a worthless disk and waste my money
