Worried about supply due to lack of breastfeeding while ill/tips pls for congested baby

Hi everyone

Baby is 5.5 months old. We both have a cold (first for her and for me since pre pregnancy). It is terrible, both congested, I feel unsteady on my feet, sinus pain. This is day 2.

I've been combi feeding due to supply issues but she was 80%+ breastfed.

Baby really struggling to breastfeed due to blocked nose, so I've been pumping and giving formula, but today I've only pumped twice.

Basically I'm worried my supply will be gone because I'm barely breastfeeding? Or is a few days ok. I have been so diligent about pumping to replace and it's all gone out the window.

Also does anyone have any tips for managing when you and the baby are ill please?
