STDs and Poly

Wanted to comment on a locked post where I was seeing continued misinformation about HPV. Thankfully many people commented on the way HPV is transmitted, which is skin to skin NOT fluid related. However, I saw more than a few people say, "Why dont you just get the vaccine so you don't have to worry about it?"

That's not how that works. The vaccine covers a FEW of the higher risk strains but not all. I had HPV, with a high risk of cancer. I had had the vaccine. Please don't be misinformed.

I understand this is not directly poly related but since I couldn't comment on the post I wanted to make sure people saw this info.
