Does anyone use vinegar powder? Doc ordered me to go no salt and I wonder if vinegar powder works work?

Hi all - I'm a huge fan of stove popped popcorn with salt. Unfortunately, the doc said no additional assault in my food. So far, I'm not missing it at all except for on my popcorn. I'm not a huge fan of strong flavors like herbs or onion on my popcorn, so I was trying to find some kind of salt substitute. I found that adding vinegar is a great replacement for salt. I was wondering if anyone tried vinegar powder on their popcorn? If so, Is there a recommended brand? I love salt and vinegar potato chips so I thought maybe this would work?
