Need help with a good graphics card with dual hdmi 4k 60hz and audio passthrough. Single slot???

Hey reddit, I need help finding a decent graphics card that has updated drivers to work with my modest i5 pc. I need it to be single slot because the nic card sits right next to the graphics card slot. I use this pc for ripping my media collection mostly and have it plugged in to my avr to cast the image to my projector screen. The card i bought and an returning is a Saplos GT730 which I've found out is outdated and doesn't output 4k or any audio currently. nvidia lists that they no longer support this hardware. I haven't built a pc in almost 30 years so while I am familiar with them I may not be a savvy as some of you guys hence why I'm coming to you all. I'm on windows 11 and feel free to ask any questions to help me get a decent card. my budget is realistically under $200 as this is not a complete necessity. Originally I just wanted to view my ripping progress but figured why not try and play direct from the pc. Any help is greatly appreciated.
