The absolute state Octopus left by Octopus ...
I totally understand rubbish needs to be disposed of. Totally understand a busy, week-long heat pump install will create a lot of stuff to be removed.
What I don't understand is how Octopus could dispose of everything in front of our property, tell us it would be collected same day, and leave us for nearly a week without anyone collecting it or providing an ETA when it would be collected.
Am I crazy in thinking we're responsible for getting rid of all the rubbish, despite being told by the install team that it would be organised by Octopus?
Every. single. person. at Octopus seems to just pass the buck along to the next person without anyone taking accountability.
The install team for our Heat Pump was great - every other aspect of this job has been worse than pulling teeth.
Top it all off with a big ole pile of junk left on your front drive ...
