Ned AMD Asus Laptop, Changes to 60hz every startup? from 120hz

So yes bought a new asus amd computer, Ive tried alot of diferent settings now but it always changes from 120hz to 60hz when I reboot... What setting can it be? does it have to do with adrenaline edition AMD?
