Its nice to meet all of you

This is a vent/throwaway account. I’m intentionally leaving out certain details, documents, and exact diagnoses because I’m trying to stay as anonymous as possible. My medical conditions and related issues also make my appearance fairly recognizable to people who know me, so I’m just being cautious about how much identifying information I share online. I’m not trying to be vague or misleading I just want to protect my privacy and avoid having this traced back to me in real life. I’m here to vent and get outside perspectives, not to expose every personal record I have. That said, I am open to answering questions and giving clarification where I can. I may keep some specifics private or speak in broader terms, but I’m not against discussion or feedback. I just ask for a bit of understanding if I choose not to share certain identifying details.
