My experience with the $45 pfl

First of all, I couldn't find a way to sign up online. I got error 404 page not found, etc. Therefore I had to call up and have a rep do it for me, but only after canceling my current account, which means I couldn't schedule the cancelation and activation together. I am canceled as of today and must wait until the 20th for installation, which I was told the pfl was not guaranteed. Hopefully I don't have to actually return my Q1000K. They also told me I am getting 360 WiFi at zero cost, even though I said I don't want any pods. I am not happy.
