Philly to Chicago

I have to go to Chicago in June for something. I'll be driving out and back. I'm planning to avoid tolls (yes, I know that's hard, but I'll do my best). The thing is, I'm also working on knocking out a life goal: drink a beer in every state that's brewed in that state.

I have Pennsylvania (obviously), Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and for good measure to prevent wild detours, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Maryland under my belt. What I'm really looking for is Michigan.

Rules are: must be in a bar or brewery (can't just go get a 6 pack across the border and just chill in my car) and can't be owned by one of the big macrobrews (so give me something local that hasn't sold out to AB InBEV *cough* Goose Island *cough*). Food is optional. Try to keep it as close to Ohio/Indiana as possible to so I don't lose time.

Wisconsin would be nice while I'm in Chicago, as well. I'll be near O'Hare, so close enough to get that one.
