Type: vanguard

Real name: johnny blaze

Abilities:

Hellcycle: can be summoned similarly to punishers turrent once called the hellcycle will spawn underneath the rider and can be ridden until either destroyed by shooting it from underneath him or until he gets off it himself afterwards a cooldown will intiate

While on the hellcycle the ghost rider gains significantly increased movement speed and the wall crawl ability and a short trail of flames will be left behind wherever the cycle travels but dissappear after a short period any enemies that step on these flames will take damage

Similar any enemies hit by the hellcycle will suffer a low amount of damage and very brief push

Enraged flame: when the rider activates this ability however much punishement he has (which well discuss later) will determine hoe much damage reduction he recieves up to 45% at a fully charged meter

Punishment cannot be gained during this time and when the ability ends it will automatically consume 50% of the meter

Passive

Punishment: hiting attacks with the riders primary weapons (which we will discuss next) or taking large amounts of damage builds up "punishment" a meter that goes up that is used for specific abilites and attacks and even makes his ultimate more powerful

It should be noted any attacks that require punishment to activate will take away from the meter when used so you cant use all the abilites at once and have to manage your meter

Primaries/secondaries

Hellfire shotgun: can deal moderate damage at close range for his primary fire shots hitting shots with primary fire builds up "punishment"

Once enough punishment is built up holding down the fire button can build up a charge to deal devestating damage for a charged hellshot that has less range then a normal shot but deals way more damage using this abilites consumes punihsment alternstively another ability is unlocked where the rider will rapid fire in a horizontal line and anybody who is hit will suffer knockback aswell as some damage

Enfernal chains: the ghost rider can switch off of his hellfire shotgun and use infernal chains. These chains have much longer range then the shotgun but also do lowee damage and build up punishment with each hit.

Once enough punishment is built up the rider can then use 2 abilites for enfernal chains

The first ability is "you cant escape" where the rider after a brief wind up period throws his chains and lassos whatever enemy he hits bringing them in close

The second ability is titled "circle of hell" where the rider uses his chains and whips them around in a circle knocking back anyone hit by them

Both of these abilities consume punishment

Ultimate:

Penance stare: when this ability activates a cone of vision will appear directly infront fo the rider. Depending on how much punishment the rider has it will deal percentage bast damage per tick whenever somone is in this cone of vision (4% per tick at 100% meter charge) alternatively anyone in the cone who deals damage to the rider or his teammates will not deal any damage to the opponents but instead have that damage reflected back onto them
