I never learned how to do anything, what now?
I dont even know how to start writing this.
I feel like the majority of my life was spent doing absolutely nothing productive and that im just the most useless human ever. I geninuely don't know how to do the most basic things in our society without looking like a literal alien. I never learned how to talk to people, i feel like i never fully grasp what they say especially if it's a stranger and while talking to them i just start staring, making everything so uncomfortable. I never learned how to make friends, so i don't even have the opportunity to practice actual social skills irl. I've never even learned how to stay calm while being in places with a lot of people, there are times where i just have to stop whatever i'm doing and go home. I feel like the reason i never seem to learn anything is that i've never fully learned how to control my frustration when i can't do something first try. For example if i'm trying to learn something new, and i dont get it right in the first few tries, i just start to get extremely frustrated to the point where, even if i eventually manage to learn it, i just start to hate it. That's also why i never properly learned how to study. For most of school i never felt the need to, but recently i've been strugglign with math, but i quickly found out that i didn't really knew where to start for actually studying it, and whatever i tried just made me extremely frustrated to the point where i couldn't even focus on what i was studying, making it all futile. There are so many examples like this in my life but like, how does everyone else seem to already know how to do all this stuff? And how do they learn it so quickly? I feel like i'm just slower than everyone else, any tips on how to possibly fix this?
