testosterone break

Hi, I’ve been on Sustanon for about 2 and a half years (before that I was also on Androgel) and now I want to stop Sustanon for 3 months (because of cystic acne which I’ve had for about a year, but I was too lazy to do anything proper about it) so that my acne improves. Then, after 3 months, I want to switch to Androgel, but I don’t know if some female characteristics will return (I’m counting on the menstruation). I’ve been taking testosterone since I was 16 and I’m currently a few months away from being 19. I’ve had top surgery, so I’m also afraid that my breasts might grow back a little? Does anyone have experience with stopping testosterone for 3 months? Thank you in advance for the answers 😊.
