I still suffer because of how my pare raised me
Im now a young adult. For context, i was born into a wealthy family, upper class and i had pretty much everything i needed, as long as it could be bought. My father is the classic bussines owner, always in a meeting with his employees while on vacation (i rarely see him at home lol). I have a stay at home mom and she's pretty much just going everywhere with him, to walk around cities and shop. Even though they are my parents, i don't think that I've ever felt any love towards them, not even a little bit. My whole life, i was indirectly forbidden to show emotions, in public or private. Anytime i would show that i was joyous, when I'd cry or be simply stressed, they would start threatening me in ways that have left a deep mark on me, i remember their threats all the time. Due to this, i don't think that I've developed all the emotions i should have had. I don't feel anything at all most of the time, and it causes me great suffering. I've grown up isolated and i do not know how to act and i am unware of how should i react in certain situations. Because of this, I have been almost always been cast aside and i am unable to form any true bonds at all. Luckily however, I do have a fiancé who's as serious and "robotic" as me and i love him dearly. I feel so good near him that I've felt things i didn't even know existed. So after all, it's not that bad. Sorry for the rant guys, i just needed to get this out of me
