Confused on how to attach bed footboard with a drop-in rail bracket system
Hi All: Ok so I'm trying to attach a footboard (~25 lbs) to the side rails of a bed. I had no issues when the bed was initially assembled (by someone else). I recently adjusted the legs of the bed and the footboard popped off. I'm not able to find a way to resecure the footboard and this drop-in rail bracket just seems counterintuitive as the bed rails don't actually support the footboard. Appreciate any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong here. Many thanks
I removed the footboard bracket to see how it locks with the bracket
