Casino booking not showing aarp and teacher OBC

i know there many posts on this but I can’t seem to find a definitive answer I booked a casino rate then signed up and received aarp and teacher credits which show up on the website as available under my profile but do not appear anywhere on the booking (I just received an updated booking invoice today). are they magically applied once onboard or am I out of luck? Calling HAL is torturous and I’m hoping to avoid this. thanks for your insights.
