uBO Lite counter not working well on this site

The uBO Lite counter stop works for some reason on this site when turn OFF the filtering mode and turn ON again + refreshing page, This doesn't happen on the homepage, only on the site posts. After that, the problem persists all time, except on the homepage.

I thought it was something to do with cookies, but it also happens using incognito mode.

should works if the adblocker is active again, but not.
