I’ve lost 17 pounds and can’t see a difference - how to not be negative?
I started dieting around January 4th, and had about a week off around the 24th after drinking which led to me going off track - GRRR!
I started at 11 stone 10 pounds (74.39kg) and today weigh 10 stone 7 pounds (66.68kg). I hadn’t weighed myself until today, as I decided to finally purchase my own scale.
I am kind of regretting weighing myself in a weird way, like don’t get me wrong I’m glad I’m down 17 pounds, but I feel like crashing out as if I can’t tell any difference now, then I must have a lot more to lose than I expected.
My goal weight was around 9.5 stone, but I’m now wondering if I need to go much lower…
