practicing and poked myself

was practicing on fake skin half an hour ago and did a tiny little thing, i didnt even notice until now. it might not be ink but its not 3d and didn’t have a scab there anyway. i’m freaking out really bad that i’m going to get diseased and die even though the needle was fresh and it’d only touched the fake skin. i don’t really care about the battle scar (lol) just any health and safety measures i should take? or am i overreacting😨 please phrase things gently so i dont cry and poop myself
