rx glasses arrived with the left lens blurry

I doubled checked my script vs what was typed in. All matched perfectly. I can't see out of the left lens deeming the glasses useless for both factors of what glasses were going to be used for.

I am curious if anyone else who had a script get their glasses and the wrong lens or lenses were put in.
