A girl saved my life

Had a real rough time the last two months, lost my girlfriend over health circumstances (can't say what she had, it hurts me to say it) but i did my best to care for her, she was the only family i had and the love of my life. We wanted to marry each other, dreamed of a family together. I even bought a ring. But i guess this world had to take her from me. She changed everything for me. I opened a business because she believed i could run it, and I'm really successful because of it now. She's proof that angels do walk the Earth and i will stand by that all my life. Everything went on a pause after. I was just shattered, had to make sense of it all, find a new way to live life.

Few weeks after, I had a serious concussion and went to the hospital a few times because of it. The third time that i went, i was by myself and i fell somewhere near the hospital. Some people passed by but didn't want to help me. Then this girl saw me and helped me get inside. And i was all dirty cause i fell in a puddle, so she got all dirty and didn't mind it at all, something about her was so familiar. She made a whole scene so they get to me faster. I wasn't in my right mind, but that was just amazing to me, like, I'm a complete stranger. And she was there with me the whole night, holding my hand and talking to me. I was there for a couple of days, and the day i was getting out she stopped by to check on me, and we started talking. And she is just like her, and i couldn't stop thinking - Did she return? Could this be her in another person? Is it possible that someone this gentle is looking after me exactly as she did? She likes me, and wants to get close. I told her about what happened to me, but she was really respectful of me and said it's okay, and that she could wait a while, and help me. I've had surgery, and I'm recovering right now and resting. She is really being helpful. The thing is, I'm feeling guilty for talking to her, still fresh from everything, but she's just so kind and really cares for me.

Don't know why i had to write it on here, but wanted to share my story, see if anyone has something to say.
