Eaglercraft Server Help

So I'm hosting an Eaglercraft server on my computer running Linux, but i have one issue. The Tuff client isnt showing blocks past 1.12.2 and textures. a block substitute is their instead such as copper ore block looking like iron ore block and also says it is a iron ore block in f3 until when its mined it drops copper. The entities show as modern entites like mobs such as foxes. my front end is velocity and my backend is purpur 1.21.11. The plugins i have on purpur is SkinRestorer, TuffX, ViaVersion, ViaBackwards, ViaRewind, and ViaRewind Legacy Support. On Velocity my plugins are EaglerXRewind, EaglerXServer, SkinsREstorer, ViaVersion, ViaBackwards, and ViaRewind.
