Intuitive Energetic Healing for Life Transitions & Renewal

“True healing happens when we feel safe enough to let go.”

Julia is a Master-level practitioner in Usui and Holy Fire® III Reiki, dedicated to guiding clients through the delicate space of life transitions. Drawing from a skillful combination of traditional Reiki, Quantum Healing, and Pranic Healing techniques, Julia listens closely to what each body needs. Each session is a sacred space where the body is invited to lead the way, allowing stagnant energy to shift organically and at its own pace.

Her work centers on nervous system regulation, supporting the body’s shift from chronic stress into a parasympathetic state, where true restoration begins. Because she is trauma-aware certified, Julia prioritizes a safe, nurturing space where energetic clearing happens in harmony with the body’s unique timing.

Each session is intuitively led, incorporating the resonant frequencies of singing bowls and the grounding vibrations of crystals to nurture both the physical and energetic bodies.

This gentle, respectful work helps clients:

• Manage physical pain and find somatic relief.

• Improve mood and release long-held emotional patterns.

• Gain clarity and confidence while navigating career shifts or personal rebirths.

• Cultivate a deeper connection with their energetic self.

Whether you are navigating a major life change or seeking a return to your natural rhythm, Julia offers a heart-centered container to help you shed the old and step into your next chapter with wholeness.
